♥ Magic Christmas or @TomFelton, Paris, Snow and broken iPhones ♥

How to start? Not very easy regarding one of the most exciting weekends I ever had LOL

Lets start with Friday, when Hanne and me began our trip on a cold and snowy morning with destination Paris. It's not so nice to hear at your first break short before Luxemburg that their streets there are closed due to the heavy snow, without hearing the detail that they were only closed for trucks, NOT for cars :)

But amazing to see sooo many trucks standing on the right, waiting for the streets to be reopened:

Even if driving wasn't very easy, we had some beautiful views on a winter landscape :)

I couldn't stop myself from taking pictures:

I also have to show you the Champagne...after all that snow before, it was great to see some green!

Okay just a short mention of the traffic in the centre of Paris (thank you Navigation for sending us through this! HMPF) As a friend of mine said, there are only two kinds of pedestrians in Paris, either fast ones or dead ones! Totally the truth, and if you don't drive like people do there, you will never reach your destination LOL

But finally, after 10 hours, we came to our hotel, happy to finally be able to go out for a little dinner :)

Tina who should have already been there at 3 pm from London, finally arrived at 10 as whole Europe is suffering from much snow at the moment. But it was great to meet her again and we spend the evening talking about everything (esp the following day) and to exchange some little Christmas presents :)

Then we went to sleep, which wasn't really much due to getting up early the next morning...

Okay, I think you are bored, as you want to know everything about Tom, and thats why I quickly move on to Saturday, THE DAY :D

When we arrived to the "Maison Internationale", there was already a queue of freezing and waiting people.

Registration has already started and it took it's time until everyone had his pass, his programme and stuff.

With a little delay we finally sat in the big room for the opening and now it finally comes to the first view on Tom!

After the opening we were sent to the next room where photo shoots and signings took place. Let's say the first 30 minutes everything went well. My first "appointment" was with Jessie Cave (a very nice girl) who tried to talk in French with me...I felt bad for telling her, that I wasn't French...but she laughed, spoke English again and gave me a nice autograph including one of her papers where she wrote her Twittername and website :)

This autograph will soon be auctioned for our charity!

Next point for me was a photo shoot with Tom! I was thirsty and already very tired, because the room was now full of people, the air wasn't the best anymore and no one knew where to go to. I spent the waiting time with watching Tom taking pictures with the other fans who were in the group before mine. It didn't take long until it was clear that the organisation of this event didn't went how it was meant to go.
Plus there was no English translation, so I never knew what people told us to do or which group's turn it was, because my French is really bad :/

I decided to take the picture with Tom as soon as possible to take a break afterwards. And yes I was excited! I never really met Tom before, only bumped into him when I wasn't even a fan of him.
When it was my turn to go to him, I really had to take a deep breath before finally doing it. But I was welcomed by
a bright smile and a lovely "Bon Jour" which made me directly say "Sorry, but I am not french"

Quite pointless, but it helped me to relax and suddenly I wasn't scared at all anymore and he started to speak English to me. There was not much time for a chat or stuff, but it was a great moment and just the first meeting of this day. ;)

We thanked each other after the picture was taken (no idea why he thanked me LOL) and both stroked the hip of the other (I always do that with people I like when they are beside me or in my arms and I was surprised that Tom did the same) before I smiled and went away. Fun Notice: I never thought that Tom would be that "warm and soft" LOL Don't know how to explain that properly...

My picture with him will follow as soon as I have it! Due to all this chaos they weren't printed by time and we will get them by mail :)

After this first really close meeting I went outside to get something to drink and buy more free wifi time in the university :)

When I came back I checked my programme and saw that it was my turn for a picture with Matt. In the meantime Tom had started to write autographs and Tina, Joan and Hanne stood near his table to watch him ;)

Of course I also watched that while waiting (who wouldn't?) and wondered how he should ever get ready with signing regarding the huge queue waiting at his table. It was clear, that there wasn't enough time planned for Tom to do all this. He looked already tired and I felt a bit sorry for him. But on the other hand, I was stressed and tired myself from all this chaos. For a moment I thought about buying a Coke for him in the Cafreteria downstairs, when there was already someone bringing him 2 cans of Coke.

I shot my picture with Matt, which I will also show you as soon as I have it :) Matt was very nice, but it wasn't the same as meeting Tom, I must admit. Tom is something special, can't really explain why, but some people know ;)

When I was finished with my picture I had some free time and went to my friends to watch Tom signing. He was busy and looked really tired, but he was friendly and smiling to every fan, trying to make them all happy :)

Shooting pictures was not allowed and now I first noticed the advantage of having a press accrediation. I showed it to the security guy, someone asked on the phone if it was ok, and not long after this me and Hanne were the only ones in the room who where allowed to shoot pictures of Tom.

Of course some fans tried to do the same, but they were told to stop as soon as they shot one picture. I didn't shoot mamy pics with my real camera, as I didn;t want to use the flash that often. I know how annoying this is and I am not a papparrazo ;) Thats why most of my pictures were shot with my iPhone and without flash.

But back to Tom :) I guess he finally proved that he's a human like us when he mentioned that a little toilet break was needed, and we also decided to take a break and walk down to eat something.

After our break it was time for Hanne's photoshoot with Tom! I took a bit too much time and she nearly missed Tom taking pictures upstairs, but we were lucky and she was one of the last people who got a picture, before it was time for Tom to change to the signing table again.

Funny thing: Hanne asked him how his hand was, after he tweeted a few days before that he slipped on ice and hurt himself (and his iPhone)
His answer was "better!" But when Hanne asked for his poor iPhone, he put it out of the pocket, showed it to her and a sad "It's broken" was to hear. And it was definitely broken, but still useable at least. :)

Actually after that it was for both Hanne and me time for the autographs of Tom, but due to that chaos, everything took longer and they told us Tom would give these autographs after his lunch break.

Okay, another break for us. We heard something of 2 PM when Tom was told to be back, but he wasn't. Actually they waited for him until 4 and missed him already, when he finally turned up with Matt.

It was time for the Q&A session, so still no autographs and a lot of groups were still waiting for them. In the meantime we were told that our promised interview with Tom would be between 6 PM and 8 PM, but a feeling already told me, that it might not happen due to a totally busy Tom Felton.

We decided to NOT watch the session but wait in front of the autograph room for him to turn up again. A few times he went by and even send a friendly Hi to Hanne when she greeted him :)

OH, btw Draco, Ron and Harry were also waiting there LOL

So we decided to do our own little photoshoot with them :)

Very funny and time went by very fast :D

After this funny session  suddenly a mass of people started to enter the autograph room, it was time for Toms last autographs and it turned out to be a real load of guests who still didn't get one.

Hanne and me thought about NOT asking for that interview again or offering Tom a rest instead as he looked real out of power now. About 200 people were still waiting for him to sign and even in this hard situation Tom was the lovely guy we always knew, when he promised that he would stay until EVERYONE has his autograph. :)

And he even took his time for each fan in front of his table. Hanne and me decided to hand him our presents (incl. the Picture Book of our Project) now, because we really didn't want to bother him with an interview anymore.

I was excited again, when it finally was our turn to go to him. First we let him sign our pictures. Mine was for the winner of the project (@asongforvicky) as I already got an autograph ;)

Tom laughed about the picture I gave him and asked where it was from. I told him that this picture was from the internet. Is seemed he didn't knew of it before :) He grinned and signed it

After receiving back my picture it was time to give him the most important thing for us. The picture book :)

I laid it down in front of him with "We got a present for you" and I looked into 2 asking eyes "For me?" I started to explain what it was, while Tom began to take a look into the book.

The smile on his face got bigger and bigger and his face was very happy when he saw the pictures of his fans from all over the world :)

I guess "It's amazing, an awesome idea!" shows how much he enjoyed it. And we both didn't expect at all what followed...

Tom looked up to us and we heard him say "I'll give you a hug for that!" and before we realized anything, Tom was off his chair, hugged Hanne and even gave a little kiss on her cheek.

Then he came over to me, still with this bright smile and I received a warm hug and also a little kiss. We are both married and for sure not in love with Tom, but this took our breath away for a few seconds LOL

It was a very special moment for me. I don't know if you remember that I tweeted a few days before that I wanted to give him a hug as a thank you for this past year, which was a special one for me. That's why I returned the hug with all "love" I was able to give to him :) (If you could see my smile now you'd know that I still feel this hug)

We were both that speechless that we nearly forgot to give him the rest of our presents :) Our special TFEU Christmas mug, his special honorary member pass of the team and some sweets. But we did and he smiled and thanked us again, before we said good bye. Not the last sight of him for that day, but the most memorable and unforgetable moment was over. and we don't even have pics of it, even if Tina and Joan stood right beside us and Yuna and her boyfriend were behind us. But i guess there are no pictures needed. We will never forget that happy face about this book, which was the highlight of the whole convention for us :)

Directly after us Tom decided to take a little break and he didn't give away our presents but took them with him out of the room. Maybe he was afraid someone could steal them LOL (joke)

I guess you can imagine, that we weren't able to think of anything else for the rest of the evening.

Unfortunately the interview wasn't possible due to this chaos and delays in the timetable. They offered us to interview somone of the other stars, but we declined as we are only a Tom site. Maybe we should have taken Matt, but we had not prepared any questions for him, so we decided to sit down, relax and wait for the wizard ball which took place not long after that :)

The wizards ball also started with a delay and some kind of chaos, but at least we saw Tom again, who wasn't in a suit or stuff, but dressed different, now in blue instead of grey ;)

There were Harry Potter cakes and you were able to watch the stars in the Vip area, which wasn't the best in my opinion. But the owners of the Merlin passes had their VIP Meet & Greet there, where they were allowed to spend 15 minutes with the stars. So did Tina and she was amazed of it!

Hanne and me were so tired, that we decided to leave the ball early. It was an exhausting but wonderful day, we will never forget.

One last shot into the Vip area before we said good bye :)

You might remember that I directly started to upload my iPhone pics as soon as I was in the Hotel :) We waited for Tinas report when she came back to the hotel (You'll hear about that on Tom Felton Inc) and after that we did nothing else but sleep :)

Well, the sunday was without Tom, but we went to the convention again, beause I wanted the autographs to have some for the charity.

But actually without Tom we weren't in the mood to wait and stay there. It was snowing and we decided it was the best to get some "petit dejeuner" in a Cafe somewhere and then start our trip home. It seems nearly at the same time as Tom left Paris we also drove through the snow to leave this beautiful city :)

In the early evening we finally reached Hanne's home, again nearly at the same time as Tom arrived to London with the Eurostar :)

A wonderful and unforgettable weekend ended.

The highlight of the first year of Tom Felton EU...on 4 th January 2011 we'll celebrate our first birthday :)
