Every single fan or fan site/group should be part of it.
The more the better. So please contact us!
What you'll have to do:
Send us a picture of you, with a sheet of paper where
your Twitter name is written plus the following sentence: follower of @TomFelton
You can shoot a normal picture or something special
Another possibility is getting creative and doing
something like this

midnight.
For a little stimulation we are giving away an
original autograph of Tom Felton,
personally signed, to one lucky winner!

You ask what we will do with your pics? Well, we will
create a picture book which we will
give to Tom personally as a present of all his fans when we meet him
later this year :)
Of course
every fan site or group that takes part will be named in our book and
gets its special
pages to show the heads of it, it will be a present from all of us and
our sites will just do the organising
and the handover :)
